Famous African Actor Osita Iheme




Osita is an actor from Mbaitolu Local Government in Imo State, Nigeria. He is famous for playing the role of 'Pawpaw' in Aki na Ukwa alongside Chinedu Ikedieze. Like his onscreen partner Chinedu, Osita suffers from congenital growth-hormone which makes him look like a child.

Early life
Osita was born into an Igbo family of five Children, four boys and a girl.[1] His father's name is Mr. Herbert Iheme, and his mother is Augustine Iheme. From a Christian home, he had his primary education at College Primary, Abia State and his secondary at National High School, Aba. Fame
Osita's rare condition gave him the advantage of being different and unique from all other actors in the Nigerian movie industry. Aki na Ukwa (2003) shot Osita to fame in which he played the role of 'Ukwa' (Igbo: Breadfruit). In this role, Osita played a mischievous child. He has played the role of a child in many of his films but later has adopted more mature roles. Osita has evolved in his career from just a comedic actor to a multifaceted established actor. This has gained him respect throughout the Nigerian movie industry and its fans alike.
