The Former president of Zambia, Frederick Chiluba, has died .....

The late Chiluba’s spokesperson Emmanuel Mwamba confirmed the death of the former president who died at his resident in Lusaka’s Kabulonga area shortly after mid night on Saturday morning.
He was 68. Chiluba suffered from acute heart problems.
According to Mwamba, Chiluba had a normal full day and in the afternoon had meetings with his lawyers and later with some members of parliament.
He said after the meetings, Chiluba complained that he was not feeling well after 18:00 hours prompting the family to call his personal physician.
After being attended to by the doctor, he was asked to rest and insisted he was alright but went to bed around 19:00 hours.
Later in the night, his doctor was called again that his condition had worsened and was pronounced dead shortly after mid night.

The body of the former President is lying at Saint Anne’s Funeral Parlour in Lusaka. Dr. Chiluba is survived by his wife Regina and nine children.

THREE BEST WAY TO REDUCE THE STOMACH FAT

1.BICYCLE PUMPS
Lie on the floor flat on your back. We have a curvature of the spine on our lower back that usually elevates it a bit and barely touches the floor. Make sure you press your lower back to the ground. Put your hands above your head. Raise you left bent knee and raise your right elbow to touch it. Without bringing your raised knee and arm down, do the same knee-to-elbow touching on the other pair. Repeat these bicycle pumps twenty times before returning to your original position. This, in conjunction with the other exercises below, will reduce stomach fat.
2.FULL CIRCLE TORSO TWIST
Stand upright on the floor, feet apart, hands on your waist. When you feel stable enough, raise both hands and clasp them together on top of your head. Face right without moving your legs, from this position you will bend down and sideward to your right, going toward your foot, and twisting till your torso arcs in a circle that passes your left foot and completes the arc with your hands raised and clasped on top of your head again. You can start from the left or right as you so choose. Do five full circle torso twists starting on either side, then switch sides.
3. CRUNCHES
Some people forego crunches thinking they are medieval or difficult to do, or both. Don't be like them. Crunches target the excess fat accumulated in your belly section. Begin by laying on the floor, facing the ceiling. Make sure your knees are bent, and that your feet are flat on the floor. Place your hands at ear level and with your fingertips just behind your eats. Your lower back has a curve that renders it slightly above the ground. Press your whole lower back till it touches the ground. Arc up till your shoulders are above the ground by some inches. Hold that position for five seconds. Release. Return to original position and repeat.
With these targeted workouts, you are sure to reduce stomach fat in no time.

NATALIE PORTMAN GIVES BIRTH TO A BABY BOY....

Natalie Portman kissing Benjamin Millepied

NATALIE Portman has become a mother for the first time.
The Oscar-winning actress — who is engaged to choreographer Benjamin Millepied — gave birth to a baby boy, although no further details have been released.
The couple met on the set of Black Swan and while they were thrilled at the news Natalie was expecting, she recently revealed they refused to buy any baby stuff until the tot arrived because of her Jewish upbringing.
“I think it’s a Jewish thing to be kind of superstitious. You don’t do any of the baby stuff before the baby arrives,” she said.
However, one thing Natalie did do during her pregnancy was give up veganism.
The 30-year-old star became vegetarian when she was eight, and further eliminated all animal products from her diet in 2009, but re-introduced dairy to her diet since falling pregnant.
“I actually went back to being vegetarian when I became pregnant, just because I felt like I wanted that stuff,” she said.
“I was listening to my body to have eggs and dairy and that sort of stuff. I know there are people who do stay vegan, but I think you have to just be careful, watch your iron levels and your B12 levels and supplement those if there are things you might be low in your diet.”
Throughout her pregnancy Natalie paid tribute to her parents Avner and Shelley Hershlag, saying she hoped to look after her child in the same way that she was brought up.

Choreographer Benjamin Millepied and Portman managed to keep their relationship a secret but they went public last December and announced their engagement and pregnancy. At the time of the announcement Portman said;
“I have always kept my private life private but I will say that I am indescribably happy and feel very grateful to have this experience.

Portman lovingly referred to Millepied in her Oscar acceptance speech;
“My beautiful love, Benjamin Millepied, who has now given me my most important role of my life”.
Portman and Millepied are expected to marry later this year.

Congrats and all the best!!!!

Jackie advances to the semifinals of America’s Got Talent.

Jackie Evancho, the 10 year old singing sensation, has been gaining worldwide recognition as a young classical crossover recording artist.

Jacqueline (Jackie) Evancho, born April 9th of 2000, is the 2nd of four children.

In January, 2008, Jackie’s mom bought the movie "Phantom of the Opera" DVD. Jackie would spontaneously sing the songs from the movie around the house constantly. Her mother was amazed at the quality of Jackie’s singing voice and asked her if she wanted to participate in a regional talent competition. She was enthusiastic about giving it a try. Her parent’s entered Jackie into the competition not planning for what was about to begin...

At the tender age of seven, Jackie sang her little heart out through first rounds and semi-finals, singing "Think of Me" and winning "audience choice" both times. For the finals, she sang "Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again" beating out 183 other contestants for the first-runner-up spot! As the youngest contestant in the competition, Jackie came in 2nd behind the judge’s choice of a 20 year old opera singer. That final round performance confirmation to her parents that she had a gift.

After the attention she gained as a result of that performance, Jackie’s parents found her a vocal coach specializing in young voices so that she didn’t destroy her voice doing what she loves
.
In November of 2009, Jackie’s parents, in an effort to help Jackie achieve her dream, invested in putting together a self produced CD, “Prelude To A Dream” to showcase her amazing voice. Since the release, she has seen sales all over the world.

Jackie realizes that God has given her the gift of singing and feels that He wants her to use it to bring joy, happiness and serenity to all who love to listen. She receives emails daily with stories of how her music has touched them and brought comfort to a sometimes stressful day or difficult situation.
Today, at the age of 9, Jackie has caught the attention of many in the music industry including the legendary David Foster and American Conductor/Composer, Tim Janis. She has performed on stage with David Foster as a result of winning a singing competition, has sung for politicians, appeared on a PBS special, sang the national anthem at the 2010 home opener for MLB’s Pittsburgh Pirates, and will be performing at Carnegie Hall in Dec 2010 as part of Tim Janis’ Christmas Concert. Jackie’s most recent accomplishment was being selected as a top 40 finalist for America’s Got Talent’s youtube contest.  Even though she has some impressive credentials and has a cd selling all over the world, Jackie remains well balanced and is thankful to God for every opportunity.
